Staff is always welcoming, and helpful. The store is very organized and clean. And they always have what I need! Great job!

I came into the store a few days ago and the service I received was OUTSTANDING and the wide range of selection was AWESOME!!
I've shopped at other Pet Supplies Plus stores before but the type of service I received here will keep me coming back.

Just picked up our new puppy Bella and the people who work here are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. They helped us with food, a crate and advise. They even asked if they could carry our crate to our car! WOW!! It's nice to find a place with this kind of service! We're happy to return. Thanks!

I love this pet store. The owners are very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and the people that work there are friendly. One of the owners spent over an hour with us when we went in, to educate us on the dog food. I don't know when the other people were in this store, probably the old owners because they were rude & not helpful. I was glad the store was bought by people that care. This is my pet store of choice, If I hear about a new product I know I can call, to see if they have it, and not be placed on hold forever or forgotten. Again, my family and pet love, love, love this store!!

I was just in this store and I had such an excellent experience! All the employees were friendly, they are having a food drive for indigent families and I was delighted to contribute. It's nice to shop in such a friendly atmosphere! I'll be back!!! Great job!

Their owners reeek. They are RUDE. You can find more stuff at Meijer or somthing. I dont' know if meijer has fish but yeah. Go to PetSmart. More better stuff
