LOUSY SERVICE! Trees down from storm. Came out to my house promptly and gave estimate. 1 week later, once insurance issues straightened out, I called and left messages on 4 occasions over 2 weeks. No one answers phone. Phone calls never returned over 3 week period. I knew they were busy because of the storm and tried to be patient. Wanted to use them since a good friend had recommended them. Now 3 weeks later, I still have 7 trees down and a mess in my yard and they still have not had the decency or common courtesy to return my call. At least tell me you do not want my business, then I could've moved on to one of my other estimates!! This company has been in business a long time so I guess they can treat people however they like. DON'T USE THEM!!!!
