Charges ridiculously high prices for service. *12/20/11 Update: My builder tried to talk to him regarding the outrageous fee of $250 that he charged me for 45 minutes of work to snake out a clog in my system in a year old home. He would not budge. Also lied to my builder telling him he sent two guys over to do the work. Complete lie! Only one guy was there and I recognized him from when he had to come once for rattling plumbing pipes in my bathroom (one pipe literally moved back and forth) and a very noisy tankless water heater. Stay away from this guy and his company!
