This is my first time here. Here everything is great, everyone is friendly and sociable. Katie makes my nails done and that made me feel here is a place to go back to.

So me and my mother went into this place yesterday. We had never been to this nail salon and thought we would check it out. I called ahead of time asking if they were busy and could fit us right in, the lady said yes we are not busy. We arrived and they said how can I help you so we told them 2 sets of nails, they said pick out color. Long story short, my mom got right in and I sat until my mother was finished to start mine, even tho she said we could get right in. Second the guy who did mine was not very personable and really just didn't say much to me the whole time. I asked for a very simple design and they said we don't know if we can. Not to mention today I got up and there is a big bubble under my nail. I will not be going back to this nail salon.

My mom and I have been regulars for years. T, Tony and Katie are always friendly and professional. The shop is very clean and they have a great selection of products and service.

I've been a repeat customer for more than 2 years and I always tip very well. I have had a couple of instances of rudeness from the main guy who sits in the first chair but I've have let it slide. Today I went in there not knowing that they closed at 5:00 and asked how long of a wait there was. The same guy told me to go home, they were closed. At first I thought he was joking because who says that to a customer. I asked him to repeat it and again he told me to go home. Looks like I will be looking for a new manicurist that I can give my tip to.

Got athletes foot after going here the first time (June 2015). Been to many nail places before. Never had a problem. Haven't had athletes foot in over 10 years. Correlation doesn't always mean causation, but I won't be going back.

I've have been using this salon since the day they opened their doors. I place a lot of value on cleanliness and organization. I often notice someone doing maintenance on the equipment and installing new chairs. Katie and T make me feel valued and are always polite and accommodating. You will have a nice quiet experience -- no kids climbing on the chairs and no filth on the floors.

Clean , friendly, got my nails filled and they did a very nice job. Made my next appt. and they are much better than T&J nails that salon is not good at all .

Katie and her staff are the best! Extremely polite, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with you services! The environment is clean and relaxing. The pedicures are amazing! Waxing is done in a separate room, which is nice, and is done the way you specify. I have gone to every single nail salon in Washington and they are by far the best!!

Katie and her staff do an amazing job and are affordable and personable. Even without an appointment I am seen in a reasonable time and always receive great service. Will never go anywhere else for my nails or toes. I highly recommend the deluxe pedi--best pedi EVER anywhere! Love Pro Nails in Washington MO!

The shop is always clean and the staff professional. Katie runs a great shop and always does a great job with her customers! Fantastic pedicures - best around for sure! Highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! Only salon in washington that is clean and doesn't have bratty employee kids running around. Love Justin, extremely professional, does an outstanding job and never rude! I've also had several pedicures here and I love them every time! I would highly recommend. I've never seen anyone be treated poorly in the salon.

When you walk in it appears nice, too bad you can't say the same thing about the workers. My nail tech did not listen to me at all. She gave me gel nail polish when I wanted fake gel nails. I told her this multiple times, yet she did not listen. She told me my nails were bad looking and hard to work on, get over it, it's your job. She still made me pay the $22... It's a day later and the paint on one finger is completely gone.

The technician I had was rude. She insulted me the whole time she worked on me and called her co-workers over to tell them how disgusting I was. I went as part of a group. It was utterly humiliating! To top things off, I got a rash from a bacterial infection. I will not go back.
