Bond Plumbing Inc

I called Bond Plumbing on a Monday morning about a leak in my kitchen drain. The receptionist told me she would get back with me as soon as possible on getting someone over. An hour later a different person called and said someone would be by between 1:30-3:00 p.m. By 4:45 no one had showed up yet so I called back. The receptionist told me there had been an emergency at a local restaurant and no one was available until the next day. I wasted my whole day waiting for someone to call or show up. She said she was going to call me and advise me of the situation but I had to call them. A plumber showed up Tuesday morning and made the necessary repairs. I can't complain about the job he did, it was first rate. However I had to ask him to use the basement door so he wouldn't leave tracks on my rug. More stars would be given if not for tracking up my carpet and not informing me sooner the day before. I,ll repeat what I said earlier. The work the plumber did was first rate.
