Seriousl........why. wouldi trust my car to a company that can't seem to tell the difference between a phone and fax. Been calling and calling and all I get is the fax sound on the number that is listed as the phone number. Some rude woman actually picked up in the middle of this annoying sound and andsaid leave a message and hung up......what he he'll kind of customer service is that..I will look elsewhere...I need a negative star button
