Rita's Italian Ice

Not sure why there is a 4 to 5 star average! I went in the recommendation of the reviews however I am rather disappointed. The atmosphere was cool, however, the staff thought that rap music playing using F BOMBS AND N WORD was appropriate music for the public. I, my wife and 11and 7 year old were offended. I asked him to please not play that music. He did change the music, but treated me as if I inconvenienced him and his friends l, that were in the shop. I did promise my children ice cream and said this place was highly recommended and reluctantly bought them their ice cream. My 11 year old said that he was offended after he got his frozen custard. “It was not appropriate for children” quote from my eleven year old. I will never go back.
