As a tenant in the 400 C Street building SW that houses USAID/FEMA/State Dept I would like to acknowledge the young lady Dinora H who takes care of the 2nd Floor here. She is always polite, attends to needs /requests in a prompt manner. She has been here since I arrived in September 2014. I know that she has a good deal of work each day but manages to do the little extra when requested ( I am a stickler about recycling); she made sure that I am able to do this. I want her to be acknowledged by her firm. She is such a gem and all of us on the 2nd floor love her and the work that she does in maintaining cleanliness and neatness here !
