Quiet Power was founded in 1993 to provide distance learning and training services to the public and private sectors. Since that time, it has expanded its suite of services to include Executive Coaching for senior leaders on various leadership competencies and Supervisory Coaching services to meet specific supervisory needs and requests. Quiet Power's Distance Learning services help clients to design, develop, implement and maintain distance learning programs. The focus is on the human side of the distance learning equation to ensure that the human resource staff, including trainers and developers, receives proper support, guidance and training in selecting and utilizing distance learning methods of delivery. In addition, the company helps design learner support systems, tools and methods to ensure success and continuous process improvement for all remote site facilitators and learners. Quiet Power's Executive and Supervisory Coaching services help clients turn human resource potential into performance. Core leadership competencies for each individual are assessed and a customized program is designed to teach and/or fine tuned skill development for those areas. One-on-One coaching is delivered via a blended approach of meeting with each client, including onsite, telephone, web, audio and videoconferencing. The methods of delivery are tailored to the best access for each individual and is flexible based on current business needs. Quiet Power is a woman-owned small business incorporated in Maryland. Karen Mantyla is the President. Quiet Power, Inc is pleased to have contractual business relationships with highly experienced training and developmental professionals. This special cadre of executive coaching and distance learning experts can be utilized based on the needs of each client. Since every project has unique requirements, staffing for those requirements will be matched with the appropriate coach. In addition, additional specialized experts are brought into a project based on the customized needs of the client.
