In a one week period, I got coffee here. Both times I received terrible service . I said what I was looking for and asked for suggestions, and both times received unwelcoming short rudeness. I called to talk to the management and was told that couldn't happen.

Open City, founded in 2005, is an eating facility that manages a coffeehouse and bar. The restaurant serves residents and visitors in Washington, D.C, as well as provides lunch and dinner solutions.
