        Margaret rented my furnished efficiency for me several years ago. She rented it for what I had rented it for unfurnished. When her tenant left, the furniture had been stolen. She refused to return my telephone calls or even a note I left on her desk. From this one experience, I believe she in unethical and unprofessional. She might have had an explanation, but her refusal to return my calls makes me doubt if she did.
