Friendship Endodontics

Will never go back!! I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Soluti because i experienced horrible pain. Dr. S. was not recommended to me nor were there any reviews about him when I researched him, BUT he is located by my house at Friendship Heights and he was the only one available. When I got there, i had to wait for an hour and a half and after he checked my tooth, I was told to come back the next day. Mind you, when I asked for some medication or ways to help me sleep at night, the best he could do was tell me to take advil, which clearly didn't work well at all (I figured that out doc!). SO the next day I came back and there were problems with my insurance, when I told him that, Dr. S. was vVERY condescending and not helpful. when i asked if I could wait until next week when my insurance would kick in (the swelling went down by that point and my tooth didn't hurt as much), Dr. S. was NOT professional, NOT helpful, VERY CONDESCENDING, and mean PLUS he scolded me for not cancelling the appointment if I could not pay and kept on repeating that I must pay his fee. I am not a poor person, so I have no problem paying the fee but as a patient seeking professional medical advice, I was turned down and scolden, I felt even worse!! What kind of a doctor does that??!!! Also, and this is IMPORTANT: HIS RECEPTIONIST told me to NOT go to him because he has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and PATIENTS COME BACK WITH PAIN AFTER DR. S does their root canals. HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Generally, i am a very nice and patient person but I do not tolerate disrespect and attitude, especially when it is a doctor's duty to help others when in pain. I feel very passionate about the way I was treated at Dr. S' office, and wanted to share.

Actually my general dentist referred me to Dr. Soluti. He proved me that it's possible to get a root canal without any pain! amazing!
