What is the Change? As of July 1, 2014, Washington Pediatric Associates, PC ("WPA") will no longer maintain an inventory of vaccines for patients. However, we will absolutely continue to administer vaccines to our patients. To do this, prior to coming to our office for vaccine shots, our patient parents will first be required to obtain vaccines from our pharmacy partner, Tschiffely Pharmacy, conveniently located in the lobby of our building.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
*ADHD Form for Teachers *Please make sure that ADHD Evaluations are recieved by our office at least 24 hours in advance to allow for scoring of the evaluation forms. You can either drop these forms off in our office, mail them in, or fax them.

Case management planning for complex medical conditions or behavioral concerns involving collaborative discussions between parents/care-givers, teachers, school counselors and/or mental health professionals;
