        I took out a loan in 2004 and this loan needs to be recalculated they take out two payments every few m months I get it straight and then they go back to the same thing but the loan does not go down I am sick of them, their handling of affairs is outrageously awful. Apologies won't work anymore. I have so much more to say but really it does not make things better.
