Construction Contracts
The Hospitality Team at ASM represents hotel owners and developers in the construction, acquisition, financing, development, ownership, management, operation and disposition of hospitality properties. Whether it is determining whether to reflag the hotel, reviewing construction contracts for a PIP, or refinancing the hotel, our attorneys actively work with the client throughout the ownership of the property.
