We use them all the time! Someone is always available either on their primary or on the cell phone number given on their message if the primary is not answered. The person who left the bad review is probably a deadbeat, a disgruntled former employee, or a competitor. The facility is always clean and neither of my dogs nor my cats have ever suffered ill effects. When we have left special food for any of our animals, they have always been careful to use just that. They are always improving an the facility, too. Don't be afraid to leave your animals at RDR. They will be well cared for.

They are very sneaky, acting like they care for you dogs. They do not give them the food or treats you bring the store them in tubs with other peoples bone and treats. Then they do not let the dogs out and right before you show up to get your baby they clean the mess up they are not dependable .
