Founded in 1982, Riverwood Mental Health Services is a private, nonprofit, community-based organization that provides health care solutions to people suffering from various mental illnesses. It serves individuals with schizophrenia and bipolar and depressive disorders. The organization offers residential treatment for senior citizens who have medical issues related to the aging process. Riverwood Mental Health Services maintains a 10-plus-unit apartment building in Warren in Rhode Island.
