I was greeted and treated great there and the staff knew their stuff..Oreillys has always had the quality that is second to none..i will go there before the other parts store as the name brand of the parts speak for themselves..will be going back for sure

so tired of the warren parkman rd orileys. the disrespect that I receive everytime I go in . they talk to you as if you do not have a clue about a vehicle. I have been working on cars my entire life and do need the disrespect that they give you. Kyle and Jeff both talk to you as if you are completely incompetent. I am better off going to another location or back to auto zone for the way they feel the need to talk to customers. remember guys I make or break your paycheck not that other way around if you can not learn to talk to the customers with a little respect you will go out of business as fast as you came in.

Recently purchased a water pump from this store. Came home, changed the pump,and after doing so I noticed the box had a sticker that said "returnable core". I took the old pump back and gave it to the lady behind the counter and was told it didn't have a core. I said ok and was getting ready to leave the store when Lenny, the store manager, came out and started accusing me of trying to get money back on something that didn't have a core. I was called all names in the book. Not only that but doing so as he spit all over me with a big wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth. How disgusting. I will never frequent this store again and will tell everyone I know to do the same!!!!!
