We recently had an experience with GREG, who was caring for one of our client's dogs- our client left her dog in PetMinders care, rather than boarding, because she had to go out of town briefly, and her dog was having some liver issues. Greg brought the dog (Donnie) into our office for emergency treatment, and then brought him directly to not just one, but TWO emergency/referral centers, travelling across the state on a weekend, in an attempt to save Donnie. Unfortunately, Donnie succumbed to his fulminating liver issue, but, as I told his owner, there was no better surrogate for Donnie in his last days than Greg. He was obviously very caring, but also EXTREMELY capable at giving SQ fluids, oral and injectable medications, and deftly and correctly interpreting various clinical issues.
