Thai Kitchen

My favorite Thai dish is Gang Gai, so when trying a new place, I use this as my litmus test. I ordered take-out. When I went to pick up, the woman running the front seemed confused when I asked if they had a menu I could take home. They apparently don't bother to cheaply print menus for distribution. That's unusual, and inconvenient since their website doesn't appear to work either. There are some food delivery sites that claim to have Thai Kitchens menu, but I'd rather go right to the source.

As for the food. After sitting and waiting for me to get it for an unknown amount of time, and then the 10 minutes to get home, the food was still hot. Ingredients seemed to be fresh, and cooked appropriately. Flavor was kind of bland. Spice level was low. I ordered "hot" but to me was more like medium. Not hot enough is better than too hot, so some pepper helped. Overall it was about average. I'd go back again, but probably only if I really wanted Thai and every other place conveniently nearby was closed.

I love the food and staff. They are all honest hardworking people and genuinely care for all patrons which frequent. Sometimes, as for myself people are hungry and tend to be less patient with others. But I highly recommend the food and friendly service.

I ordered take out because a friend said they had really good food and I was beyond starving. Once me and my friend got our food we sat down to eat and she told us we couldn't eat our food there. We sat in the car instead and proceeded to eat. Another customer came in and did as we did but they let her sit and eat her take out in side giving her a drink and everything. They told me we couldn't because it was policy but allowed another customer to. I called inside the restaurant from outside and explained to her that I was just put out but your allowing another customer to do something I could not. The food was in fact good although there was hair in mine. But I did feel discriminated against because we are a gay couple.
