Overall

The Service is EXCELLENT and the staff are Very Friendly. The Patient Care is GREAT. After receiving chiropractic care at Purdy's I entire quality of life was improved to include my overall health.

Dr. Tony Purdy grew up in various states including Georgia, Arizona and Virginia. Living in Michigan, for the last fourty-four years he considers Michigan, home. After graduating from Warren Mott High School in 1968, he attended Eastern Michigan University, graduating in 1972 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management. After three years in the medical field he decided that "allopathic medicine" was not the best path to good health and started looking at "alternative" forms of health care. After researching chiropractic for six months he decided this form of health care offered people the greatest potential for good health. Dr. Purdy graduated from Life Chiropractic University in December of 1979, with honors. In April of 1980, Dr. Purdy opened Purdy Chiropractic Clinic in Warren, Michigan. In the last 36 years, Dr. Purdy has performed over 475,000 chiropractic adjustments to patients ranging from newborns to ninety year old seniors. Dr. Purdy has been married to his wife Susan for 35 years and has two daughters and one son. His oldest daughter, Nicole, graduated from Life Chiropractic University in September 2007. She and her husband Dereck have a son, Joseph Abraham, who hopefully will be entering Life Chiropractic University in 2025 and a two year old daughter, Sophia. His daughter Amanda graduated from Oakland University with a Masters degree in Special Education. His son, Tony, graduated from Life Chiropractic University in June 2005 and is currently practicing at the Purdy Chiropractic Clinic of Rochester Hills. Dr. Purdy’s motto is "do what you love and love what you do." For the last thirty-six years he has been able to do just that. In closing, he would love to be your family chiropractor.
