With knowing that there is so many competition in the area that the owner, and employees would be nicer. Unfortunately, you basically helping your self. Most dresses arent in bags, or if they are the bottom is open, and the dress collect dust. They do offer alterations which is no good at all, very sloppy work!!! Like i said too many other stores around to be going somewhere like this! Very unimpressed!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! this place is dirty, the owner is rude, and you have to wait around forever to get some help! The owner has no customer service what so ever! She used a very loud tone with me, and even went as far as calling me a LIAR!!! As someone who has shopped for many dresses for my wedding i regret even stepping foot here! Trust me no bride or customer wants to be treated the way she treats her customers! Do your self a favor and go else where! There is plenty of dress stores in the neighborhood don't give her to opportunity to be rude to you because she will ! Get some better customer service skills, stop being so money hungry, and buy yourself a new wig!!!

I am very picky when it comes to the fit of my clothes.... This place is the besy in town...fast and friendly service. I have used them for years and I would not go anywhere else and trust me I've tried them all!

The ladies at Princess Fashion are amazing! Exceptional service and they are so friendly. Another boutique very close by sent me the wrong dress and wouldn't let me return it so in my despairation I went to Princess Fashion to see what they could do and they made me feel likeep the dress was perfect even though it wasn't what I ordered. I really just enjoyed how they were just being my friends and they tried to make me feel better. You don't get customer service like that. I'm amazed and I will absolutely be recommending that store to everyone I know.
