On-Sight Substance Abuse Testing

They are terrible with appointments. I scheduled an appointment, showed up and no one was there. Then they left me a voicemail apologizing that they had to cancel and said they would call to reschedule. They never called back. When I finally called they said ok we will call you to confirm on Monday and they never called. So I called to confirm and they called the next morning (the day of the appointment) only to say they had not been able to confirm with the counselor (still) and that I should call before I come out because they won't know if I have an appointment or not! REALLY??? I have a life, I can't revolve it around maybes or I don't knows. What kind of place are you running here?
