Dean came and fixed our main pipe going from my house to the street. He worked with us and the insurance company to get the job done. He did a great job fixing the major problem and now we no longer have any more plumbing problems.

I first contacted Dean in the fall of 2013 to unclog a drain and he did a fantastic job. A few weeks later I had him install a new shut off to my outside faucets. The second week of May 2014, I called Dean because I had water in my basement. He rescheduled me two days before coming out I took off work and he called and postponned it until later when I would have been home from work. By the time he got there there wasn't any water. He said to watch it the next time it rained and call him. I did and got his voicemail and he never called me back. A few days later, I called because my kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the cabinet. He advised me to buy a new faucet and call him (anytime day or night) and he would come install it. I called him on Friday Afternoon and told him I had the new faucet. He said that he was goi ng out of town for the weekend and to call him Monday. I called him Monday morning and he told me he was swamped and could do it around 4:00 and to call him back just before then. I called at 3:35 and he said a guy he does work for that has 10 houses just called and needs something done and he couldn't get to my job that night but set it up for Wednesday afternoon and said he would be there between 1:30 and 2:00. My wife took off work this time to be there. Dean called and said asked if I still wanted him to do the job and I said we set it up and my wife was home and he was to be there between 1:30 and 2:00. He said that something come up and he wouldn't be able to get there until much later. I told him that he always says something come up and puts me off. He replied "what do you want to do?" "Do you want to get someone else?" I would recommend finding someone else for your job unless you don't mind waiting and being put off several times.
