        Stay away from this place. They do not adhere to their own store policy but expect you to, and they are only concerned with the money that they can make off of you. They will charge you for every little thing. Please be careful if you decide to patronize them. They do not value their customers. There are many other bridal stores out there, try these first.

        Everything was perfect (mostly) until the owner stepped in. She tried to blame me for blood on the dress that no one saw but herself. Her seamstress told me she did not take the bust in and the owner accused me of losing inches off my bust in 3 days. Don't you think my bra would no longer fit?



        I attempted to explain to the owner that I am happy I have my dress, but this is poor customer service, so that maybe she could fix things with other customers. She couldn't understand a simple customer critique. She started yelling and acting crazy in the middle of her own store.



        To summarize: I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Steer clear ladies.

        Words cannot express how satisfied I am with Alessandra Bridal. I found the most perfect and amazing dress for my wedding and I can't wait for everyone to see it! If you want to get the most for your money, you need to stop by this store. All of my family has gotten their gowns from Alessandra. They truly care about your big day and will not let you take your dress home unless it is fitted PERFECTLY for you. All of the employees are absolutely wonderful. I can't say it enough!!!!

        Wedding dress

        I bought my wedding dress here and it was a FABULOUS experience. I randomly stopped in, remembering seeing the store since I was little. I am a voluptuous woman, so not really looking forward to the experience. I wear a 16, and Azziza the sales lady was WONDERFUL. I walked in, told her my budget, she said she knew exactly which dress would look the best. She pulled about ten different dresses, but it was the very first dress that I went with. Its a beautiful dress and was exactly the right cut. They are super friendly and helpful, my mom even bought her mother of the bride dress there. They have a beautiful collection of dresses. Would definitely recommend.

        This place is horrible! They are disorganized and rude! Me and 6 other bridesmaids ordered our dresses from them and each one of us has a horror story. After the bride picked out the bridesmaid gowns and even brought one of the bridesmaids to the store for a fitting, I called to order my dress over the phone and they had no record of the gown or the bridal party and insisted I must be calling the wrong place. The bride had to call and straighten them out. Finally they admitted they had all the information and just hadnt updated their system yet. Once the dresses arrived, they were completely disorganized about what all of us had already paid for our deposits, who owed what. They charged the balance to my credit card without my authorization after they said they didnt keep credit card information on file for security purposes. When I called to complain, the owner was indignant and unapologetic. Avoid Alessandra Bridal!
