USA Car Wash

This is the worst service I've ever received. The quality of service is pathetic. My car was still dirty after it went through and the employees didn't do anything about it. I paid $25 to have my car washed. There was still dirt on my car. If there's still dirt on a car, try and buff it off. It isn't that hard. The wash was maybe fifteen minutes, and I sat in the parking lot cleaning the rest of it for 45 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is my second visit and both times I had to clean my own car. I also paid extra for my wheels to get done. The wheels were still dirty afterwards and the sad part is, is that they were done by hand. I had someone come over and clean them again, but even after that they were still dirty. There was also spray marks when they sprayed glass cleaner in my car. They do not take into consideration of anything. Spray the cleaner on a cloth, and then wipe the window. Do not spray on the window, sunroof, and everything around it. When I pay more than five or ten dollars to wash my car, it BETTER BE CLEAN. Also, they call themselves USA Car Wash, but they don't support the troops and give a military discount. Misrepresentation if you ask me. I will never recommend this place.

I got the top of the line inside-out cleaning. The inside was FANTASTIC! They cleaned all the vinyl, plastics, vacuumed, and did a great job on the glass. The outside was so-so. Film was left in spots. They dried the car, but as soon as I drove down the street water came pouring out of the gas filler lid, trunk, and every other crack and streaked the car. I also saw smudges where they had touched the paint with a greasy hand. On the inside of the building, the windows that look out into the wash bays are opaque so you really can't see what's going on.



What will keep me from going back is the right-wing propoganda plastered all over the inside of the building and blairing on the TV. These people have a serious problem with our government and seem to think they need to shove it down their customers' throats. The TV had some sort of anti-government program going on at a loud volume.



I can respect that the owner is entitled to his political views (although I'm sure he's against ALL entitlements!), but I have no intention of going back and having his views shoved in my face while I'm paying them to wash my car. There are plenty of other places nearby that I can go for a car wash.
