Had an oil change appointment set up but the day before experience "loud noise" in car especially in early AM. We left car on lot the night before so dave could hear initial start up noise. He took charge out the added situation and had car repair as well as oil change completed as well as a ride home. While repair was being made. Great service.

We came in to look at two models you carry. We test drove them both. We sat with the salesman, Tom Wardle (who we had purchased our last car from) and discussed a deal on the Encore. The deal was fair from a price and related terms standpoint and we purchased the car. We didn't go anywhere before we came to the agency and we obviously were pleased with the O'Neil experience.

We always come here for our car care because of the excellent service. Yesterday, I heard a loud noise come from my window area- drove directly here, and Dave diagnosed it as a broken cable line. He checked to be sure you had the part in order to get it repaired. Great service!

I needed an alignment on my 08 Buick LaCrosse, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, Mike D. told me to come ahead any time, I got there at 2:pm and I was immediately taken in and the work order was started, I was shown the waiting area which was very comfortable, and before I knew it the job was completed and I was on my way after paying a fair price for the job. Now to my surprise, my car which needed a wash was sparkling clean without asking. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, it reminded me of the Mercedes dealer I had in the past. Jim McDonald, I will take my car there whenever I'm in need of service.
