        Saw items I wanted and called to order because I had some questions. Really knowledgable and helpful sales customer service person. My order arrived even sooner than I had expected!

        Order never shipped. Have to call to cancel, argh!

        Maybe a decent business if u call them direct. Seems like their internet system sucks. I ordered off their website and my item a week later never shipped. Called and the guy made it sound like I was wrong until he looked into it then found out he was wrong. Lovely customer service. I'd order online somewhere else. They should fix their system.
