i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommI have been a customer here for a while, but don't spend tons of money when I go. You can see that they only give the better treatment to those that spend a lot there. Also, because I am young, they don't feel that they should waste their time catering to me. They do not do quality nails and the manager will do everything she can to get money out of you. You will have to come back often because they do not do tips correctly.
