        Overall

        Too many reserved spots for their small lot. Transflow scanner NFG. Wanted a criminal amount to fax even though they knew their equipment was faulty. Staff either too nervous to help or too lazy. Both trickle down from upper management. 2 other drivers in store told of their bad experiences. Even Pilot across road heard weekly of drivers bad experiences there.

        Had trouble contacting management. When I did it sounded like they were trying to blame my ineptitude. Said they had heard no complaints
