        Overall

        The Grate fireplace had charged me hundreds of dollars to fix my fireplace. I had to call them over 4 times to fix the problem. They had told me I need to replace all kinds of parts. Again it went out. They told me that it was because I need new logs and that it would be about $800.00. Called another company to fix the problem. There was a part loose. Everything else was fine. Do NOT trust this company.
