I've taken clothes to these people twice in the last year, and they screwed up both times. In May 2014, my clothes were several days late in returning from dry cleaning. They gave me a 20% discount, but it should've been at least 50% because of the number of times I had to return! I also noticed much too late (in Winter) that I had left my earmuffs and gloves in my winter coat pockets, but they never contacted me to let me know several months earlier, so they're either dishonest as well, or they don't even check the pockets, which one would think they would, though they are ultimately the customer's responsibility. Now this month, part of my order was having sewing repair work done on the inside liner of my sport coat, and it not only took them a WEEK to get it done (when they promised two days at the most), but after twice telling me he would call me to discuss my requested refund, Mike never called. I was told by another employee that they could not refund my $14 because I had already paid for it; instead, they offered me store credit. Pretty useless considering I'll never step foot in their business again. I have to go back behind them and re-press my slacks because of the lousy job they did (again) by creating pressed wrinkles! Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else, even if it costs more.

I took a pair of slacks for a hem job and didn't relise it until I went to put them on that they only put one stick on each side of the slacks to make it look like a hem job was done.



Everytime I go to put on the slacks my foot gets caught in the shotty hem job they did. No more business here!!!

19 MAR 2010 - this cleaners almost ruined my daughter's satin brides maid dress. They claim to provide "expert alterations". I gave them 5 days to simply hem my daughter's bright pink satin dress. I asked them if they could hem it without any stitching showing on the outside (as it was in its original condition). They said "yes we can". The day before the wedding, I picked it up and it was HORRIBLE! They hemmed a pink satin dress with white thread. You could see the stitches on the outside of the dress. The hem was pressed so badly that you could see two horizontal lines top and bottom. You should not have seen any hem at all or stitches. I complained about the shotty work. They redid it by hand; it was better but still poor workmanship. I had to ask for a partial refund. They grudgingly refunded 50%. No apology at all. A $180 Dress almost ruined!!! I had to have a family member FIX their "expert alterations" so my daughters maid of honor dress wasn't ruined for the wedding. No more or my business here!!!!!
