This use to be a good company when Sheila Horsewood was there. Now that KIM has taken over. Kim is rude to customers. She has no customer service skills. The company did not return my phone calls about an AC install that was approved through my insurance company. I waited patiently for over month. Every time I call they gave me bogus excuses on why it was taking so long. Finally, when they did call back Kim told us she does not want to work with us and not to call there any more. Kim hangs the phone up on me.

If you do not want service like this I encourage you to not pick this company. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

DO NOT............I REPEAT...........DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. WHAT AN ABSOULUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THE KIND OF TREATMENT I RECEIVED. AND, OF COURSE, I DEALT WITH THIS INFAMOUS KIM. KIM IS THE WORSE!!

FIRST OF ALL, AIR SUPPLY ONLY GETS ONE STAR BY DEFAULT; OTHERWISE, I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO POST MY REVIEW!!!!!


SO MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY RECOMMENDED AIR SUPPLY ON A FRIDAY. KIM CONTACTED ME SHORTLY THEREAFTER IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER..............SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF, ADVISED HOW SHE HAD GOTTEN MY NAME AND NUMBER, AND STATED SHE UNDERSTOOD WE DIDN'T HAVE HEAT ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF OUR HOME. SHE ASKED IF ANYONE WAS AT HOME, I RESPONDED IN THE NEGATIVE, WHAT TIME WOULD SOMEONE BE HOME, SHE ASKED - 6:45 I SAID. SHE STATED NO ONE WOULD BE IN THE AREA AT THAT TIME. SHE SAID THE SOONEST WE COULD SCHEDULE SOMEONE TO COME OUT IS MONDAY. I ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD COME OUT TOMORROW (SATURDAY) ------


AND THAT'S WHEN SHE LET ME HAVE IT ----- "SATURDAY IS RESERVED FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY AND YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY. ((((((((MY EYES BUCKED, MOUTH FLEW OPEN, AS I PULLED THE PHONE AWAY FROM MY EAR AS TO EXAMINE IT.)))))))))))))) I WAS DUMBFOUNDED AS I HAD NO IDEA WHERE ALL THIS ATTITUDE CAME FROM. I LET THAT "SLIDE" AS I WAS AT WORK AND WANTED TO REMAIN PROFESIONAL. SHE THEN SUGGESTED I TURN THE HEAT ALL THE WAY UP, OPEN THE DOOR TO THE BASEMENT TO ALLOW THE HEAT TO REACH THE TOP FLOOR AND SAID SHE DOES IT ALL THE TIME. I WAS SPEECHLESS!! SHE YELLED TO ME - DO YOU WANT THE APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY OR NOT!!! I SAID NOT. SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR!! I SAT AT MY DESK AND JUST STARED INTO SPACE IN DISBELIEF. I DIDN'T MOVE FOR A GOOD TWO MINUTES.


MY HUSBAND CONTACTED THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY A COUPLE HOURS LATER TO GET ANOTHER RECOMMENDATON............WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THIS GIRL KIM HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND INTRODUCED HER "REAL SELF" AS KIM WITH AIR SUPPLY AND REPORTED THE JOB HAD BEEN REPAIRED!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I CALLED AIR SUPPLY BLOCKING MY NUMBER BECAUSE I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH KIM. SHE PICKS THE PHONE UP BUT DOESN'T SAY A WORD AND THEN HANGS UP......I CALLED AGAIN..........SAME RESULT. I THOUGHT FINE, I'LL JUST MAKE A PERSONAL VISIT TO AIR SUPPLY TOMORROW AS I DON'T STAY FAR FROMW WALDORF AND REPORT HER TO HER BOSS OR CONFRONT HER DIRECTLY. THE NEXT DAY I JUST FIGURED IT WASN'T WORTH IT.........ALTHOUGH IT REALLY WAS AND STILL IS.


THE OWNER OF THIS STORE HAS NO IDEA HOW THE STORE IS BEING OPERATED, HOW CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED, AND HOW RUDE THE "FACE" OF THE COMPANY REALLY IS. SHE DOESN' CARE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER ABOUT THE COMPANY AND WHETHER IT SURVIVES OR DIES. SHE IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! AND BECAUSE OF HER, I WOULD RECOMMEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.


FURTHERMORE, I'M GOING TO CUT AND PASTE MY REVIEW ON EVERY SITE AIR SUPPLY IS FEATURED SO EVERYONE CAN READ ABOUT IT WHEN THEY DO ANY TYPE OF REVIEW AIR SUPPLY!!!

Had seen other, more recent, positive reviews for Air Supply, plus a referral from a friend, so I called them with an emergency when the HVAC went down on a hot day. Both the customer service and the technicians worked with us and were great from day one. This was despite the fact they were busy as heck with numerous emergencies AND that my system had suffered from a power surge, leading to numerous problems. It's now back up and running better than before. I am very happy with the work they did. THANK YOU!

Came to repair my air conditio...

Came to repair my air conditioner in mid August. I was told that a part was needed and the service men would be back in a couple days to complete the repair. I paid the service fee at that time. It has now been well over a month and my air conditioner has not been repaired. I have called numerous times only to be told I would be called back by the end of the day every time. NOBODY has called back to even explain what is going on. The service men had rigged the fan to run constantly so that the air would blow until they could return in a couple days. Over a month later, this is starting to affect our utility bill since it runs constantly. When I explained that to one of the women on the phone, she said 'well I run mine all the time and my bills are fine'. They had no problem cashing my check but can't seem to return calls or fix the a/c. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service company.

I was referred to this company by our home warranty service. I learned after our experience that there are other companies that can be referred to you. do not go with this company.The company came out and not ever 20 days later the unit breaks again with the same problem. Kim is the lady that answers the phones and makes the appointments which according to her she is the office manager. She is the rudest person ever and has no customer service skills. She seems to be pleasant at first until there is a problem that is out of your control and then she acts like she is God with all the power. The company came out to fix our upper and lower air units.Kim gave me the runaround about getting appt. but said she would call me when she figured something out that they were booked. She had told me to have someone at the house with the unit turned off that was would have someone out that day. After four hours of not hearing from her, I tried to call several times with no luck but getting their answering machine which is full you can't leave messages.. To me, it seemed strange that my original appt seemed to be so easy to schedule. Finally after several more hours had gone by, I was able to reach her and she told me to calm down and to be patient. She then proceeded to tell me I was a liar and she never said that she would have someone come out that she meant the next day. This was a bold faced lie on her part I would of never went home from work to sit and wait for them not to come. She then scheduled me an appt for 9 the following morning. When nobody showed up I called to be told again that I was a liar. She then told me she would treat me like a Verizon Customer and give me an 8-5 window. When I asked to speak to the manager she explained she was. After that she then proceeded to tell me they would not come out all together that I was a liar and to call my home warranty company to find another company. I have never in my life had to deal with someone as rude as Kim on the phone. They also gave the excuse that due to the rain (light rain) that they had to pull their trucks off the road so they were backed up. I think the owner of the company needs to get involved because this is no way to run a business!!!!!!

Air Supply Services have terrible Customer Service

We too, were referred to this company by our home warranty service. I learned after our experience that there are other companies that can be referred to you. do not go with this company. Kim is the lady that answers the phones and makes the appointments. She seems to be pleasant at first until there is a problem that is out of your control and then she acts like she is God with all the power. The company came out to fix our upper and lower air units. They fixed the lower unit and said the upper was fixed. when we found that the upper was not working I called to have them come back out. kim gave me the runaround about getting a new appt. but said she would call me when she figured something out. After four hours of not hearing from her, I tried to call several timeswith no luck but getting their answering machine. To me, it seemed strange that my original appt seemed to be so easy to schedule. Finally after several more hours had gone by, I was able to reach her and she told me to calm down and to be patient. I explained that I had a family member with a diasability and it was imperative that the problem was fixed. She said finally that they could try to fit us in during a three hour window but wasn't certain because they were so booked with other appointments that she would call to confirm the day of the appointment, just in case we were out. The call never came and the tech showed up without notice and during a time where we were not at home. When we called her back she then proceeded to tell us that she never said anything about a confirmation call and that the appointment was set and it was our fault that we missed the technicioan. She proceeded to say that my husband was a liar and that she didnt and that she would refuse to send anyone out again when we tried to reschedule. I would like to say that during this whole fiasco I kept my cool, never said one negative work, and never pointed a finger at them for the mixup. I told her it must have been a miscommunication and she refused to even accept that, and wanted no part in the blame. She wanted to take no part in the blame. These people have no ethic whatsoever when it comes to taking care of their customers. because of kim at air supply services in laplata I would never refer anyone to them. this could have been avoided had the technicians had done their job correctly and had she just kept her mouth shut. I wish I had read the 2 other reviews posted prior to making the initial call.

Worst Service I Ever Had

If I could give this company no stars I would. I was referred to this company through my warranty company and they provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The woman that answers their phone has no customer service skills at all. This company agreed to do a cleaning (to get some air conditioning) and a disconnect installation. After dealing with them for almost a month, it's still not done! After their technician did a no show for an appointment, they say they are now too busy to do the repairs at all because they need to help people with no air! Excuse me, but we don't have air!! And then they can't understand why people are irate when dealing with them. Call them at your own risk.
