Carpet cleaner prompt and professional. Only complaint is I had to pay more for carpet cleaning than price quoted on the phone.

The men were on time. Gave me a courtesy call before they arrived. Came in and saw what needed to be done and got to work. Very nice guys.

The technician was very professional . He kept me aware of everything he was doing. He made sure I was satisfied. My carpet looked new.

Amazing customer service. I have used Zerorez for years for carpets, and we did vent cleaning this time- just as excellent. I can not recommend vent cleaning enough- you’d be shocked what’s in your vents and a technician can identify problems that will help the heating and cooling of your home and prevent mold if you have a crawl space. Holes in the duct work drag moisture in and potentially mold can be an issue.

I scheduled Zerorez to clean 2 bedrooms, hallway, & 14 stairs at my daughter's home. Their prices are comparable to other carpet cleaning services in the Research Triangle area. What I was most pleased with was my technician. He did an excellent job. He was professional - prompt, polite, knowledgeable, & efficient. Caveat to students, & parents of students in the Research Triangle area -- This company does not accept out of state checks.

Adrian and Eric were GREAT! They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and walk me through details as they did pre walk through. Very professional. They also gave me tips on maintenance of the carpet and couch. My daughter and I thank you guys and thank you Zerorez! My carpet is CLEAN and FLUFFY again.
