        I usually spend thousands of dollars at this Lowes store each year, but no more! Our family's dishwasher broke down and I ordered a high end one from Lowes for around $800 with install. I understood it would take almost two weeks to arrive, but now it is here for a week and I've not been contacted by an installer despite the fact I've called the store each day since the arrival of the device.

        The store lied to me when I purchased promising an installer would contact me within 48 hours of the arrival of the dishwasher.

        Now I'm calling corporate offices and the manager and getting inadequate responses from one and no response from the other.

        This store location seems to have no problem with high end appliances ordered by customers collecting dust for days or weeks without install and repeated calls to numerous Lowes numbers and employees wont change a thing when they drop the ball.
