Cost Cutters

While back I would have agreed with the previous review...but they have since hired some really good stylists. My color was ruined by someone and 2 blonde girls there fixed it for me and totally for free!!! I was thrilled with the outcome and that they went above and beyond to fix it....they definitely knew what they were doing!!

Be very careful & get written receipts, esp if using a charge card. Stylist not only destroyed our hair but STOLE money from us, Totally hacked up my hair & dyed it blonde (was to be brown with highlights). Daughter's hair was to be blonde but is also totally destroyed & looks dirty grayish brown/blonde. Regis resolution is a GIFT CARD rather than a REFUND. Charged for services NOT done. Impossible to correct what was done, but Regis seems to think FORCING people to use their services is the correct response. Stylist added a tip to the charged amount PLUS a CASH tip before we had seen or knew what he had done to our hair! Never gave me a written charge receipt or itemized statement of services. NEVER trust REGIS or COST CUTTERS or their stylists! Should have given total REFUND for damages and destruction this guy is responsible for. Do not want MORE services! Basically STOLEN MONEY and destructive people to deal with. WARNING! Don't trust them! Totally not happy with this mess or REGIS rep's idea of resolution. It's WRONG. NO ONE "likes" my hair! It's not just a mess, it's destroyed and short! NONE of them deserve a "star!" – Totally destroyed and angry
