Virtua Family Medicine of Voorhees

Was looking for a new family doctor and decided to make an appointment for this practice. The doctor sent my husband for blood work 2 weeks ago. No one has called to give him his results. I called today no one called back. My husband called and left a message. Around 7 o'clock we finally get a phone call and the lady says to my husband that the doctor will discuss your results at your next appointment. Really this is ridiculous. I guess we'll be looking for a new doctor.

The doctors are profession. The front desk is horrible. I've been a patient for about 5 years and never had a smooth experience from the front desk. Trying to call and ask a question, forget it! They are rude and not professional at all! I'm looking for a new office after my last horrible experience.
