Terrible! The wait in the waiting room is AT LEAST an hour. Every time! They have no time management and must over book. Then the nurse practitioner spends less than 5 minutes with you. You wait all that time for nothing. Forget calling them if you have a question. It's all machines.



When I found out I was pregnant I knew I needed somewhere better. I called them to get my records sent to my new place which they did. Then weeks later I got a bill for having them send MY medical records. They never once mentioned there would be a fee. How rude!



I will never ever go back and never tell anyone to go there. What a horribly run place.

Do not go to this practice. They are dangerously over booked and have too many patients to give any one patient proper care. Test results and phone messages go unanswered. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Wait times are in excess of two hours. The staff is rude and unhelpful. A doctor will never speak with you unless you are at an appointment and, even then, you only have about 5 minutes before the doctor runs out of the door. They are going to malpractice themselves. Soon.

The waiting is horrible for anything just to see a doctor or to talk to someone on the phone. I hated the Dr I saw Martienz she was so rude with the way she talked to me. And I asked if I have a question could I call and talk to her she said yes. Well I called and I guess the Dr can't take a minute out of her busy day to talk to me cause the girl said she is in taking patients can you call another time. They are to busy to care!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Dersham is horrible she told me I should have stayed home and had my miscarriage then go to the ER. Also I had to get an Ultrasound after my miscarriage and I had to wait three days till I finally keeped calling to find out if everything passed and I was ok. The night I went to the Er The doctor in the ER told me DR. Dersham didn't feel like coming to the hospital to check me. So the dr in the er did. I think there in the money making part of being a Dr and not the caring part. And when I went there to the office for check ups they made me wait for hours. Then when I asked for my records to leave the office it took two weeks just to get them I had to call and call finally I got a call when I said do I have to get a lawyer involved in this. They are not caring for there patients the way Doctors should. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

The Doctors at the womens group are there for money and not for caring. The make you wait for hours in the waiting room before you go back to see them then you wait again. And the staff there is so rude.

They called my house when I was 19 and told my mother (which violates the hippo first of all) that I was pregnant and that my first pre natal exam was the following week. I was not pregnant (but extremely furious). They had gotten my chart mixed up with some poor pregnant lady's chart, who probably never got an appointment. They scared my mom to death and probably lost all of my information...after that problem, they recently forgot to call a prescription in to the pharmacy on a friday, and everyone in the office refused to authorize it until the following monday. I am not going back.

I have been a patient to this office for about 2 years and I just refuse to ever go back, I have no idea who my doctor is because I have only been able to see nurses the docs are always booked for months. That issue I can deal with, but what I can not deal with is the rude receptionists and MA's who could care less about your issues. Never try to call there to speak with someone because it's impossible to get a live person or even get a return phone call. The staff in the office are extremely impossible to speak with, if you had a serious problem and called the office you would be transferred to a voicemail and NO one would return you calls. I have waited up to 3 hrs. in the waiting room just to see a Nurse which is rude and ridicious since you only spend a whole 15 minutes with the doc/nurse and that's if your lucky because usually they are in and out before you can explain to them what your changes are. I would not recommend this office ever!

i went to this location yesterday 11/13/07. it was the worst experience EVER. just moved to the south jersey area, went here thinking it would be a pleasant experience sine the MD's are so "qualified" but couldn't be more wrong. They kept me in the waiting room for more than a hour, and to make matters worst the Doc. Pamela Kopelove(do not see her) she was so rude, and so arrogent in personality. She told me to get ready to do an exam and left me in the room for 45 mins and when she came back there was no "sorry or anything" and she's very rough when she does her exams. she's not helpful either. In my opion ladies an OBGYN is the MOST PERSONAL DOCTER YOU WILL EVER HAVE..if your NOT comfortable with your OB then find another, because finding on that you mesh well with is so important. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
