Gutter Werks

Don't waste your time with this business. I was given a quote to replace my gutters on 1-6-16 and agreed to price and installation. Front office was to call to schedule within a week. After 10days I called and was told somebody would call back as they could find no record of my information on my quote or order. Surprise, no call back. Called again 8 days later 1-25-16, same woman answered and took my information for the 2nd time and promised to give it to a guy named Brad who had stepped out of the office for a minute. I am not going to hold my breath for a return call. If this is how they handle their business for installation, I don't think solving any problems should they arrive, after the work gets done would be handled any different!

Save yourself lots of time and grief even if the quote is good.
