We help our clients with issues surrounding disability and death. Generally, our typical client will make an appointment to learn how they can avoid court at death so their children can receive their inheritance without hassles and at the least expense. Usually, beyond that, they don't really know what they need. After a friendly information gathering interview with an attorney, we then educate the client on the specific issues that they need to know about and provide estate planning solutions for their problems. The most important issue that most people don't think about is the biggest threat to their estate and to keeping the home in the family: The high cost of the nursing home. We can help prevent the loss of your estate to these high costs and provide you with the estate planning documents you need in order to be prepared.
