I was new to Medicare and knew I needed a supplemental insurance but had no idea what to do. Then I found Karen Munger and ALL of my questions were answered!! Karen is a certified health and life agent. Her service to me was very specific to meeting my needs. She offered a large variety of insurance options including the Medicare supplemental, and Medicare prescription plans that I needed. I do not think I could have done the research and reached the conclusions that I did without Karen. Besides being so knowledgeable, she was very professional, ethical, and fun.
