Blooming Nails & Spa

Gel sets on natural nails are supposed to be soaked off. The male nail tech drilled my nails and I asked him to soak them off with Acetone.
Language barrier. ...so then Jenny comes over they speak in they're language and he appears agitated. .
After soaking and filing he grabs the gel nail polish and starts painting. Didn't even brush off my nails or let me WASH THEM..I pull away and he says no its fine. Said not with me, plus you must add the base coat!!
So he walks over to where another tech finished her client brings back the acetone she used and pours it into my small contsiner !!! Gross recycled crap! !
I got up and left. They all appears confused.

Alarming! Man who gave me a manicure would not smile. Treated me as if he couldn't wait for me to leave. Employees would talk and laugh in another language while working on customers. I did not get good vibes from this place.... Will not return. I had to tell him to give me clean utensils too. Can't believe the number of positive reviews on yelp.

I love this place. The owner, Phoenix, is a wonderful person and all the techs are very good and pleasant!
