I called to check information regarding their pizza buffet. I wanted to find out how much it was and the hours of it. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I wanted to see what the kid prices were and if 1 year olds eat free, etc..the girl on the phone didn't know. She acted like it was a huge chore to find out. She put me on hold for 2 minutes to find out. And then she told me everyone is the same price. You want me to pay $5.99 for a 1 year old to eat from a buffet??? I have never been to a buffet that charges for a 1 year old and usually 4 year olds are free or at a reduced price. Ridiculous. I will not be going there and it will take me a while to order carryout from there again (their calzones are pretty good) because of the poor customer service and the fact that they would make someone pay $5.99 for a 1 year old to eat from a buffet.

They don't take American Express..okay, so do you take old fashioned checks? NOPE. I guess I will take my business elsewhere , i don't understand vendors who won't pay the minimal fee to process Amex, I have a large family and our pizza orders run between 50-75, and we order 1-2 a month, so they technically have lost $150 a month/ $1800 a year of business from me, and I imagine all of the other people who hang up and call Sals, or Lagomar instead, not very smart business people, IMO. Nope, I am not affiliated with Amex in any way, shape or form, but in this economy, I don't understand people who turn away business over $1-2 fee, makes you wonder how much they skimp on quality fresh ingredients for their pizza..? hmm...

DONT waste your money! Cafeteria quality food. Desserts arrived frozen. 2 tablespoons dressing for salad. Delivery order person clueless. Big disappointment!!!

Overpriced for what you get. Greek salad a waste of money. Garlic knots hard, overcooked and lacking in flavor. Messed up delivery order and instead of scrambling to get it right....they made excuses of how it may take another hour...hello throw 10 wings together and make the 2 minute drive to correct your mistake. Throwing brochures away and opting for Primos next time I don't want to cook and clean up.

I ordered a slice of pepporoni pizza, a cheesesteak and a kids chicken tender meal with fries and sure it took 45 minutes for the delivery guy to get here but it was worth the wait since I don't drive at the moment lol! All this for $17.00

The pizza was nice and greasy and the cheesesteak was warm and tasty sure it's not Pat's King Of Steaks or Tony Luke's in Philly but it was damn tasty and the chicken tenders and fries were nicely cooked as well.

Other than Gino's up the road on General Booth this is the best pizza you can get in the Nimmo General Booth Red Mill area.

Twice now I have ordered delivery from Nimmo Bella Pizza and both times it took over 2 HOURS and the pizza was ice cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! You and your family will starve waiting for your pizza!

We've eaten here with both take out and eat in. The service has always been prompt and friendly, and the food is delicious. The side salads are especially good!

If you want good service, do not go here. When they are busy, they could care less how long you wait, and don't bother calling in an order to be picked up. You'll get put on hold until you starve to death. Better off buying a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. A shame since the pizza is good.
