These apts used to be great when Heather was in the office, but since she left it has gone straight down hill. The office staff is rarely available. The "be back at.." sign is ALWAYS in the window. They can't keep an office manager. One of them was recently fired. They have been through 5 or 6 in the past few years. The maintenance staff sucks too. The last one we had worked on his personal truck in the parking lot in front of his building (which is against the policy) more than he worked in or on the apartments. The office staff, when you can actually get a hold of them is rude and seem like you are just bothering them. Don't even get me started on the dog poop and trash. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. They send out letters threatening to fine people who don't pick up, but they never follow through. They also threaten to fine those who leave trash outside of the dumpsters, but yet again, no one follows through. These are supposed to be luxury apts. Yet right! Not worth the price.
Not worth the headache. Nothing works and it will take forever for them to fix it some people don't even have working appliances and the office people will just keep giving you the run around
New management arrived 2 1/2 weeks ago and it is going great in my opinion! I think the issue with the kids are that parents are not monitoring their kids and the kids are damaging property or they are disturbing other residents by loitering in the breezeways. I live on a top floor and have had issues getting upstairs to my apartment because of kids playing in the breezeways, not cool! I pay rent ON TIME every month and shouldn't have to ask UNSUPERVISED kids to move. So I appreciate the fact that management works to make sure everyone can enjoy their home. I talked to the new manager and they have a lot of plans. She has lots of experience too. I appreciate them doing the right thing, I pay rent and should be able to enjoy my home and get in my apartment. I am happy with what is going on, and in my opinion parents need to monitor the kids, I know I do mine. I go out on the playground WITH my kids, and know where they are at all times. I wish everyone did that. I plan on renewing myself because I think the new manager is going to do a great job! I see the groundsperson picking up dog waste so I think they are getting on top of that too. Parking is going to get better because the new manager is asking only residents to park in front of buildings which is fair and I am SO glad she is making everyone put parking stickers on their cars. You have to monitor the parking or people will park wherever they want, I am glad she is being proactive! My apartment is big and for the price and location you cant beat the price. I am staying and I like new management.
Mgt.is the worst, this is definitely not a place for children. They dont want any playing, but they allow the dog feces in the playground without any penalty to the owners. Nobody stays here for long, with good reason, the apartments need work. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone with children. It should just be a retirement home. Not to mention the roaches and spiders everywhere. I am getting out ASAP!!

Management here is absolutely HORRIBLE. Doesnt seem to care for kids AT ALL. My son is 16 and wasnt allowed to swim in the pool unless I was right there with him. Unable to work out in gym also. Called police once because he was swimming without me!! SIXTEEN. Not six!! Took four phone calls over a two week period to finally get maintenance out to fix stopped up toilet. Serious problem with water bugs running around in breeze ways. Not enough parking spaces for tenants to park and mgr. towed tenants for parking on the curb with no notice. I have more than once walked in the office and overheard mgr. gossiping with a tenant about other tenants. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Average tenant only lives here 1 year or less. I havent even been here a year and have already had three new neighbors!! Shouldve known something was wrong. Will DEFINITELY be moving to another community once lease is up.
