        Worst place in the world. Place is a joke, my family bought a truck from them. They truck broke down right away, when my dad took it back to get a refund, they told him they would fix the problem for him. They fixed it incorrectly, which the BAR agreed with. Less than 3,000 miles later the truck had the same issues and the part was not under warranty due to the fact that Victorville Motors had done the job incorrectly. Judge said that it was neglect on Victorville Motors part. If you don't want your warranty voided don't take it to them.

        Despite some negative reviews, we went to Victorville motors and was pleasantly surprised to receive the opposite of what was posted. Complete professionalism and courtesy. One of the best experiences in car buying we've had. Love the staff and selection.

        It's nice to know that Victorville Motor is all about getting their money and not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. Bought a used Durango from them and took it in multiple times for electronic issues and and they said they had it fixed. Now here I am less than 5,000 miles on it and the AC hisses and doesn't work, the vehicle can't tell if the keys are in it to start it, leaking coolant and it's making and awful grinding/knocking sound when it's running. Had it for about 5 months and they tell me I should've bought and extended warranty. This isn't the place to buy a used vehicle, seems to me like the get them barely running long enough so that you can't say they'really a lemon... Don't get robbed by these crooks, they don't stand behind their product.
