I purchased a recliner from your Victorville store and I am not happy. The chair I received is not the chair I picked out. I feel I may have been charged for a $349.00 Chair got one of much lesser value. I will not be back to buy the sofa. I am truly sorry your rep mislead me I will advise my friends and family to avoid your store. When I picked up the chair was wrapped in shrink wrap and I didn't unwrap it until the next day.

I highly recommend this place. Not only is their furniture nice but also their staff, especially Lisette. She helped me find all my furniture needs and only recommended the best.

In writing this review I would like it to be known the this store has poor customer service. We purchased a sofa sectional approx a week ago and at that time we made it very clear we did not want the floor model due to the repeated wear and tear. We were told we would have to come back 1 1-2 hours later to pick up the new sofa cause they would have to assemble another one. Upon returning to the store 1 1/2 hours later the new sofa was wrapped and we brought it home. After setting up the sectional it was noticed it was poorly assembled and not sittible. We contacted the store and they informed us we would have to reload it back up and return it to the store. The next day we contacted the store to speak wit a manager and had to leave a message....after not receiving a call back after approx a week we called back and still were told we could not speak with a manager nor give any resolution to our problem. Please be aware of your purchases from this store due to poor service. It is recommended to NOT purchase from them period!
