Birmingham Anxiety & Trauma Therapy

So far I have not had a good experience with them. I had an accident with on of their clients on Tuesday night (their fault). It is now Saturday and my car has yet to see the inside of a shop. When I spoke with the adjuster yesterday (for the first time no less) she tried to make it out like the accident was my fault because I had a stop sign and the other car did not and she had the right away. I think your right to the right away is null and void when you are in the wrong lane and hit someone head on. NOT a good insurance company to work with. I have a feeling this may get ugly. And if I could rate less than a one star I would.

I was involved in an accident on March 29, 2012 with a client of ACCC. The other person was at fault. It is now July 9, 2012 and my claim has yet to be settled. I have been given excuse after excuse and last week simply lied to. I would advise anyone who is considering using ACCC as their auto insurance carrier to run fast the other direction. Their claim department is a joke. They may have cheaper rates than other carriers but you get what you pay for. I only gave them 1 star because I was required to in order to submit my review.
