As I stated below in my initial entry, this is my review’s follow-up. Just did not know it would come this fast. Let me also preface the review with those who are in my boat: “A HAPPY WIFE IS A HAPPY LIFE!!”

Chris gave me the option of having another mother-board mailed out today, or I could go less than 10 miles where he hooked up with one of his distributors, for me to pick up another board there.

By the time I arrived, the part was waiting for me at the counter. Installed and washing dishes as I write.

A must to keep Chris’ name, number and company at my fingertips. I’ve got a lot of GE appliances.

Sorry for the length of my review, but I think it's well worth reading.

I have been a DIYer for the past 50+ years---from my early days in high school working on my cars, restoring a 1971 Mustang Mach1 to nearly original condition (from 1993-1999), to General Contracting three (3) homes in Connecticut (as large as 3500 sq’, and doing another now), from concrete work, to plumbing, electrical, framing…I think you get the picture. I’ve been told that I am a “hands-on” guy.

However, it’s all about my “hardly used GE dishwasher and its MOTHER- board.” Even with all the above, it is still about CHINA and MEXICO. Unfortunately, they are the only games in town.

I ordered from Amazon, a GE OEM replacement “mother-board” from the Natural Gas Appliance Co. As I have ordered many things from Amazon and Ebay, I have received good service from both. However, Amazon and Ebay pales in comparison to Chris at the Natural Gas Appliance Co. His communication and expertise have been exemplary so far. I say so far because I have not yet finished working with him, hence the 4-star rating at this time. I look forward in updating this review. His response time is phenomenal, whether texting or calling me personally, as I gave him my number by text. While analyzing my issue, he also tried to trouble shoot it over the phone. He also stated he was going to contact other experts, WHILE IMMEDIATELY SHIPPING OUT ANOTHER MOTHER-BOARD! Yes, it appears that the new OEM (from Indonesia---close enough China) mother-board may be bad out of the box. “Well, Hello!” No moaning, groaning, complaining or excuses from Chris. Just great words and actions. What more can a consumer ask for? I look forward in trying the next mother-board and updating my review.
