        Transformations Wellness & Beauty is a new massage and bodywork studio located in Vernon, CT. With two therapists on board, our goal is promoting overall well being and providing clients with the ultimate in relaxation and stress relief. Each massage therapy treatment is customized to your particular needs, incorporating a variety of healing modalities which include Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, Reiki (a healing energy treatment) and reflexology. Promoting overall wellness, the detoxifying body treatment uses a blend of essential oils to activate fluid circulation, improving metabolic function, detoxifying tissues, relieving stress and promoting the reduction of fat and cellulite. Reflexology and hot stone massage are wonderful for pain relief, healing, and relaxation.

You leave feeling renewed and at peace. For a truly holistic experience, try Transformations. They also offer customized make-up which compliments your skin tones and enhances your features without that "made-up" look. I only buy my skin products and make up from Transformations.
