Overall

Service is starting out really bad. Obviously can't handle the crowd in-season (probably not out of season either to be honest.) The manager didnt even know where he was going with a meal. We got half of what we ordered and then 30 minutes later the waitress asked how everything was. We'll make the drive to Sarasota.

Wait staff was excellent. Very noisy due to wood floors. We had lasagne and have had better at other Carrabas. Sangria was excellent!

POOR SERVICE

Waited 1.5 hours for our app.The manager is way over her head.All she could say is sorry.We will drive to Carrabba's in Sarasota rather then Venice.Poor poor service.
